Fresubin® 5kcal Shot is prescribable on FP10/GP10 for the following indications: Disease related malnutrition, malabsorption states and other conditions requiring fortification with a high fat supplement with or without fluid or electrolyte restrictions.

- Not suitable for children under 3 years of age
- Should only be used under medical supervision
- Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition
- Intake should not exceed 50% of patients' total energy needs
