A Cappuccino with Tamta

Say hello to Tamta Andghuladze, participant of our High Potential Finance Program, who brings her energy and dedication to every aspect of her work.  With a rotating schedule that takes her to a new department around the globe every three months, Tamta is currently in Bad Homburg before moving to Paris next. Her typical day starts with a cappuccino and a meeting to align with colleagues and set goals, followed by a mix of calls with international co-workers and focused work. 

Originally from Georgia and a proud MBA graduate of the university of Esade, Tamta's journey reflects her life philosophy, which she strives for every day: pursuing growth opportunities. This is why she believes in making the most of every chance for personal development. "Every day is different," she says, emphasizing the dynamic nature of her role. "We want to make a difference and that keeps me inspired to move forward every single day."

When she's not dealing with the complexities of finance, Tamta enjoys her hobbies: traveling and learning about new cultures - a perfect blend of her personal interests and her professional life.
