Mikko Tiitinen

Managing Director UK and Ireland

Mikko was appointed Managing Director of Fresenius Kabi UK and Ireland, and Calea UK in 2022, following an 8-year stint as Managing Director Fresenius Kabi South Africa, and an earlier career in Financial Controlling and as Finance Director UK.  The UK and Ireland businesses offer a complex product and service portfolio, including clinical nutrition, IV drugs, homecare services and compounding operations.

Mikko Tiitinen

Grania Unsworth

Finance and IT Director UK and Ireland

Grania joined Fresenius Kabi in May 2024 as Finance and IT Director UK and Ireland, following 20+ years' of experience leading and executing finance strategies and business transformation agendas internationally in a variety of sectors. Grania is a fully qualified Finance Director and Business Transformation Project Director and prior to joining Fresenius Kabi was the Global Director Financial Planning and Analysis for a global technology business that specialises in electrical architectures for vehicles.

Grania Unsworth

Philip Odetoyinbo

Quality and Regulatory Affairs Director UK and Ireland

Philip Odetoyinbo joined Fresenius Kabi in January 2024 as the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Director UK and Ireland. He is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team and oversees the Quality, Regulatory, Validation, Pharmacovigilance and Quality Control functions. 

Philip has a wealth of experience having held multiple senior roles across Quality within the pharmaceutical industry manufacturing licensed and unlicensed pharmaceutical products.

Philip Obdetoyinbo

Catrin Lee

Human Resources Director

Catrin joined Fresenius Kabi in March 2022 as Human Resources Director UK and Ireland, assuming accountability for HR, HSE and Facilities. For 27 years, Catrin has worked in various HR generalist and leadership roles across technology, manufacturing, financial services, FMCG and arts and entertainment sectors in both national and international environments. She has a BA Hons in European Business Administration, specialising in Human Resources.

Catrin Lee

Kris Swinnerton

Operations Director UK and Ireland

Kris joined Fresenius Kabi in 2016 after a career in operations, supply chain and continuous improvement, spanning industries including food manufacturing and medical nutrition.  He has been driving improvements in service and performance since joining  Fresenius Kabi and Calea and became Operations Director in 2019 with responsibility for Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehousing, Distribution, Customer and Patient Services, Pharmacy including Medical Information and Ireland Homecare.

Kris Swinnerton

Nichola Robinson

Head of Legal, Compliance and Data Protection, UK and Ireland

Nichola Robinson has extensive legal experience after qualifying as a Solicitor in private practice in London in 2000.  Her work in corporate and commercial roles included supporting the NHS and other healthcare organisations before moving to in-house roles. Nichola has worked in legal teams for both national and international organisations, including Bupa and the Co-op, before joining Fresenius Kabi in 2018 as the first Legal Counsel appointed for the UK and Ireland.

Nichola Robinson

Chris Ashcroft

Director of UK Compounding Operations

Chris Ashcroft has experience and a proven track record for improving compliance and efficiency in complex pharmaceutical organisations.  Chris has previously held site leadership positions at Catalent Pharmaceuticals, Quay Pharmaceuticals, and Dechra Pharmaceuticals.

Through his work and experience, Chris has developed a deep understanding of how to build value into production units in different areas of the pharmaceutical industry.

Chris Ashcroft

Jan Painter

Sales Director, Pharma and Nutrition, UK and Ireland

Jan Painter trained as a nurse and spent over 10 years working in the NHS in different specialities before starting her career in the commercial sector. Jan held a number of roles within MedTech and Pharma before joining Fresenius Kabi in 2006 as Commercial Manager. Since then she has held a number of roles within Sales and Marketing covering MedTech, Biosimilars and Pharma. In 2024, Jan was appointed Sales Director, Pharma and Nutrition, UK and Ireland where she continues to drive the sales growth.

Lyndsay Woodall

Marketing Director Pharma and Nutrition, UK and Ireland

Lyndsay is a highly experienced and results driven Marketing Director. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, she has successfully led and executed numerous marketing campaigns. Lyndsay’s expertise lies in developing strategic plans to drive brand awareness and increase market share, ultimately contributing to the growth of the organisation.

Lyndsay Woodall

Kelly Philips

Director Calea Homecare and Clinical Governance UK and Ireland

Kelly has over 25 years of experience in business transformation and strategic leadership roles in a variety of sectors within the healthcare industry.  Kelly initially joined the business to establish an in-house Nursing Resource and Capacity Planning function and was subsequently promoted to lead the nursing service. In her scope as Director of Calea Homecare and Clinical Governance, she has established robust quality assurance and risk management frameworks to develop and strengthen the Nursing Service and Clinical Governance framework.
