For over 15 years, Fresenius Kabi have designed and implemented numerous training programs tailored to the requirements and needs of each individual customer. This includes various teaching and training techniques to adapt to each learning style.

Each customer is allocated a dedicated team inclusive of; Clinical Account Manager, Business Development Manager and Field Service Engineer who will utilise their own expertise to ensure the process is seamless whilst working in partnership to meet the customer needs.

With a team of dual qualified nurses and teachers, easily identifiable with the below uniform.

Technical service is an essential component of the Fresenius Kabi MedTech division. At our head office in Runcorn, we have a purpose built, modern and dedicated repair centre which is able to support the growing demand for our devices.

Fresenius Kabi also have a successful and effective apprentice program able to provide the skilled resources required to support all of our business and customer needs. As a business, we want to invest in local people and provide an opportunity to train and provide the key skills required to support our customer needs.

We have a skilled and professional team of Field Service Engineers, working collaboratively with our sales and clinical teams to provide managed solutions to our customers.
