Fresenius Kabi Joins the Disability Confident Scheme

We are pleased to announce that we are participating in the Disability Confident scheme. The voluntary scheme provides employers with a government recognised accreditation and is designed to create a movement of change, encouraging employers to think differently about disability and take action to improve how they recruit, retain and develop those with a disability. Being Disability Confident will allow Fresenius Kabi UK to recruit from the widest possible pool of talent, help colleagues fulfil their potential and contribute to the company’s success.

The scheme has 3 levels and we are delighted to announce that we have achieved Level 1 – Disability Confident Committed. We are now working towards Level 2 – Disability Confident Employer.
