Before chairing the responsibility as the Managing Director, Sanjay was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for South Asia and South East Asia. His professional background holds rich experience from Johnson Diversey India, Gillette India and Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Science and also a qualified professional as FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant) from ICAI India, CPA (Certified Public Accountant) from AICPA, Colorado, and CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) from IIA, Florida.

Kaushal has an extensive experience and proven track record of leading and managing the Finance and Supply Chain function. He joined Fresenius Kabi India in the year 2013 following the acquisition of Fenwal India. He has rich experience of 25  years and has worked with organizations like Fenwal, Baxter Healthcare, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. Kaushal holds Master of Business Administration degree and is also qualified as CA (Chartered Accountant) and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).

As Chief Human Resource Officer, Tarkesh Gupta is developing and leading a high-performance culture through people, process, and technology. During his distinguished career, he has held leading positions at numerous corporations, including Dabur, Rockwell, and Max Bupa. He is a certified coach interested in human behavior and psychology. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration. He has attended several programs at prestigious institutions, such as the University of Queensland, the National University of Singapore, Mount Eliza University, Australia, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad etc.

Dr. Sadanand hold an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), an MD (Doctor of Medicine) in Clinical Microbiology, Diploma in International Business and Diploma in Regulatory Affairs degree. Dr. Kulkarni brings a comprehensive 24 years of varied experience in Medical affairs, Clinical research, Clinical project management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management System and Vigilance with 5 years of full-time teaching experience in medical colleges in India . His focus has been on generating awareness around clinical nutrition and fluids in medical fraternity and led some observation database projects in these fields.  He has also worked on clinical trials of vaccines, Parenteral nutrition and Fluids.
