An Original Italian Espresso with… Miriam Franciosi

Miriam's mornings start with a strong espresso and a warm greeting to her team at the coffee machine before starting her laptop. She prioritizes connecting with colleagues, ensuring everyone feels valued and heard. Her approachable nature and proactive mindset create a positive workplace atmosphere, setting the tone for productive days ahead.

Miriam joined Fresenius Kabi after completing her degree, initially stepping into HR due to a maternity leave vacancy. Miriam quickly discovered her passion for HR management and has thrived in the role ever since.
