Fresenius Kabi Recognized as a Top Employer in 2023
Austria, China, Dominican Republic, Poland, Switzerland and the USA receive certificates
Strong on strategy and development
Of the nine surveyed countries, Fresenius Kabi is particularly strong in the domain “Steer”, which measures the link between corporate and HR strategies and their implementation. This is a direct reflection of the foundation anchored in Vision 2026. The positive ranking in the “Develop” category reflects the company’s outstanding efforts to promote employee careers and continuous learning.
“We are excited and proud that we have obtained the certification in six countries, demonstrating our dedication to the people who make “Caring for life” real each day” said Vera Lehmann, CHRO (interim) and Head of Talent, Leadership and Organizational Development. “This achievement marks a significant milestone in our journey to become Employer of Choice. The certification does not signify the end of our efforts. Instead, we draw valuable lessons for continuous improvement. We are committed to leveraging the insights gained from these results to advance our existing initiatives as well as to develop new ones.”
