Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Networks

Fresenius Kabi has a wide range of EDI Networks to provide a supportive environment for employees and gives a strong sense of belonging and an opportunity to connect with people with other-like minded employees. 

"To be a voice for its members"

In 2022, Fresenius Kabi launched the first LGBTQ+ Network; the purpose of the network is "to be a voice for its members. We can support each other and raise important issues that may need addressing." says the Chair of the LGBTQ+ Network. 

Members wanted to become advocates of the group to help make positive changes within the company and provide education where required. The network is a safe space for all employees to join, and they are looking for Allies for support.

The network brings together our diverse employees to discuss and share their experiences.

The network is an inspiring and enriching group to be apart of and open to all Fresenius Kabi and Calea employees.
